Challenge

Two ways of selling a bank, both expensive when every client starts from zero.

  • Diletta Pay On

Custom banks for clients with little in common. Every delivery was costly, which kept this track to a few large contracts.

  • Diletta Pay Suite

One platform had to serve brands from very different sectors, such as fuel distribution, real estate and an artist community, without a redesign for each contract.

  • Both tracks

Several banks in delivery at the same time, on iOS, Android and web, with one small design team.

Key actions

  • The admin system behind N26 Brazil

Designed the internal back office of N26's Brazilian banking app together with its CTO, product owner and squad.

  • Banking flows designed once, used twice

Digital account, TED, Pix, boletos, mobile top-up and statement, built as reusable flows shared by Inovanti Bank and Cocatrel Coffee Pay.

  • One account for the person and the farm

For Cocatrel's coffee growers, a flow to operate as an individual and as a farm business in the same account, with CPF or CNPJ.

  • A new client is a configuration

In Diletta Pay Suite, modules, features and flows structured so each new brand is set up, not designed again.

  • One token architecture, many brands

A single set of tokens across every client, where only global values such as color and typography change per brand.

  • A design system that kept pace

The Material Design system documented and managed to support simultaneous deliveries, with usability tests on Maze.
